| 1. What should I pick, basic user or producer? |

If you are just signing up to purchase some beats and songs, then please pick basic user. If you plan to upload beats and songs, pick producer.

| 2. When and how do I get paid? |
|
Payments to producers are made weekly (between Saturday and Sunday) by Paypal. You must submit a valid Paypal e-mail address upon signup.

| 3. Do I keep all of my sales? |
|
No, we keep 25% of the sales you make. This covers the cost of running this service.

| 4. Are there any monthly fees? |
|
No monthly fee's. Most other sites charge for what we offer for free. We take a hit on not charging a monthly fee in exchange we have plenty of banner adverts which we hope will offset the cost.

| 5. How many beats can I lease? Can I upload 320kbps mp3's? |
|
You may upload as many beats as you want. The hard limit is 1000 per producer. I doubt anyone has more than 1000 beats to sell at one time. 320kbps mp3's are allowed. Mp3's must not exceed 12 megs per upload.

| 6. How come I cant upload a profile pic? |
|
Make sure the size of the image is 180 x 180 pixels, or else it wont work. http://www.picresize.com is a great place to resize your images.

| Beat Policy |
As a member of Urbanbreaks.com, you are permitted to download beats and use under our general License. Once you have signed up, and have paid the lease or exclusive fee, you will receive immediate access to all beats in your cart.
Regarding leased beats you are permitted to use beats for an album, mixtape or live performance and may distribute up to 2000 copies before you must contact site for additional use.
Regarding exclusive beats the beat maker no longer owns the beat you are permitted to use beats for album, mixtape and live performance and may make unlimited use of this beat. Exclusive beats that have been purchased are automaticly removed from the site to prevent any further sales.
